Understanding the challenge

Our Approach
1

Phase 1: Gathering requirements

The project began with an extensive process of gathering, analyzing, and validating the specific requirements of NPDC’s management team. This foundational step ensured that the solution would address all critical business needs and align with NPDC’s strategic objectives.
2

Phase 2: Designing the data infrastructure

FEES Ltd designed and created an Oracle data repository tailored to NPDC’s operational demands. This repository served as the backbone for data consolidation, enabling the seamless integration of information from various sources. Additionally, FEES Ltd implemented advanced data loading techniques to ensure that data was accurately captured and efficiently processed.
3

Phase 3: Developing executive scorecards and dashboards

To provide NPDC’s management with the insights they needed, FEES Ltd developed executive scorecards covering the four key perspectives of the business: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth. These scorecards were designed to present a holistic view of the organization’s performance, enabling management to make informed decisions.

In addition to the scorecards, FEES Ltd designed and deployed interactive dashboards to publish the scorecards and associated reports. These dashboards provided real-time visibility into NPDC’s operations, allowing management to quickly identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

4

Phase 4: Implementation and deployment

The final phase of the project involved the installation and deployment of the supporting reports and dashboards. FEES Ltd ensured that the system was fully integrated into NPDC’s existing infrastructure, providing a seamless user experience.

Outcomes & benefits

1

Enhanced data consolidation

The Oracle data repository enabled NPDC to consolidate data from various sources into a unified system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
