Understanding the challenge

Our Approach
1

Phase 1: System enhancement and user needs analysis

The project began with an in-depth analysis of NOTAP’s existing system and user reporting needs. FEES Ltd worked closely with NOTAP’s stakeholders to document and analyze these needs, ensuring that the enhancements would align with the agency’s operational requirements.
2

Phase 2: Interface design and report development

FEES Ltd then proceeded to design and develop improved user interfaces and reporting tools for the CORIS system. The new interfaces were designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, making it easier for NOTAP’s team to generate and access reports. The reports were tailored to meet the specific needs identified during the analysis phase, ensuring that they provided actionable insights for the agency.
3

Phase 3: Training & documentation

To ensure successful adoption of the enhanced system, FEES Ltd provided comprehensive training for both end users and system administrators. This training was crucial in equipping NOTAP’s team with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use and manage the new tools. Additionally, the project included detailed documentation of all design work, providing a clear guide for future maintenance and updates.
