Phase 1: Dashboard design and development

FEES Ltd designed and developed a robust executive dashboard solution for MTN’s management and CIO. This dashboard was equipped with drill-down capabilities, allowing executives to explore financial data in depth and identify hidden trends that might not be immediately visible in high-level reports. The dashboards provided visual KPIs, such as Customer Churn Rate and Revenue Churn Rate, giving an instant operational status of critical indicators.

The dashboards were designed with user experience in mind, ensuring that they were intuitive and easy to navigate. The visual representation of KPIs allowed executives to quickly grasp the status of key business metrics, making it easier to assess performance and make informed decisions.
