Phase 1: Gathering requirements

The project began with a detailed consultation process. FEES Ltd worked closely with MTN’s management committee and CIO to gather, analyze, and validate the specific needs of the organization. This collaborative approach ensured that the final solution would be precisely tailored to MTN’s operational goals.

Phase 2: Designing and deploying dashboards

FEES Ltd then moved forward with the design and deployment of customized dashboards and scorecards. These tools were integrated with MTN’s existing data warehouse, providing real-time access to critical business metrics. The dashboards were designed not only to be powerful in their capabilities but also user-friendly, ensuring that both the executive management and IT teams could easily adopt and utilize them.

The implementation involved the procurement, installation, and configuration of SAP BusinessObjects software modules. These modules were specifically chosen to support MTN’s complex reporting and performance management needs, ensuring a robust and scalable solution.
